All items are meticulously crafted to your custom specifications, and, as such, we do not provide refunds once an order is placed. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on specific requirements. We aim to ship custom items at least 2 weeks before the event, given sufficient time between the order placement date and the event date.

Do you charge a rush order fee?

Yes, Orders placed within 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event will incur a rush fee. This fee is essential to expedite production and ensure the timely completion of your custom item. Discussion of rush orders must occur before placing the order

Customer Responsibility for Shipping

Customers are responsible for considering shipping times when placing an order. We cannot be held liable for delays or issues during shipping, as these concerns fall under the purview of the chosen carrier

Damages & issues with order

Inspect your order upon reception, and contact Craftyjparty immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This prompt communication allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.

Design Revisions

For custom orders, customers are entitled to up to two design changes. To facilitate this process, customers can provide examples of the desired design and color preferences. Please keep in mind that colors may vary on computer screens, we do our best to match your theme and preference.
