In the full-service option- We do all the work! we will deliver, set up, decorate and pick everything up the next day
DIY option with delivery & pick up- We will deliver all items to you and pick up the following day, you will be responsible for setting up your party

A refundable $100 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date. If party is cancelled less than 30 days of party date the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
Each tent set up is approximately 4 feet wide by 6.5 long. Please measure your space to ensure that your number of campers will fit. Please be sure to have enough space for a walkway
Unfortunately, our tents are indoor rentals only
Yes, we do not provide pillows to sleep on. We will provide a throw blanket and themed throw pillow. We suggest asking guest to bring their own blanket and pillow for their comfort.
Our sheets, blankets are all professionally cleaned. All remaining items are wiped down and disinfected. Our tents are steamed and cleaned as necessary. Items are left out and will not be rented for a short period of time to allow proper sanitization
When choosing the full-service option please allow us 1.5-2 hours to set up your party. For take down, we ask that you deflate air beds before we arrive to make the take down process faster. If this is done, the take down process should take approximately 45 minutes
We do not accept cancellations. As a parent of small children, we understand that last minute circumstances will arise. We can reschedule your party. Deposit becomes nonrefundable if party is cancelled less than 30 days in advance
We ask that all furniture and personal items be moved prior to arrival and the space is clear to set up. Please vacuum any carpeted areas. If you have a hard surface floor such as tile or hardwood, please sweep and mop the area to ensure all debris is off the floor
Our packages are one-night rentals. each additional night (depending on availability) is $25 per night/per tent
The client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during their reservation. Any damaged or stained items will result in part or entire deposit. Any lost, stolen, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the client at full replacement value. Any damage other than normal wear and tear of property will result in a charge if deemed necessary by owner. To avoid damages to our equipment please try to avoid food and drink inside and around tents, sharp objects that could puncture the air mattresses or rip/cut our equipment. do not allow children to jump on the air mattresses Please do not have food or drink, slime, nail polish, paint, markers or make up in the sleepover area
