This rush fee is for all orders needed within a (2-3 day) timeframe orders with a 2-week timeframe has a different fee please select this option that fits your needs and let me know when you need it by. This expedited processing step is mandatory if your items are needed sooner than the normal processing time which is 3 weeks, sometimes longer.

To proceed, ensure we've previously discussed and confirmed this accommodation so that we can ensure we are able to meet your deadline.

Please note this does NOT include shipping time, which is 2-3 days depending on your area

This accelerated processing specifically focuses on the production phase and doesn't affect shipping times. This fee helps to ensure you order is prioritized as orders are handled according to event date. Mockups must be made, approved, printed, put together and shipped.

If your event is rapidly approaching in relation to your order date, we strongly recommend considering an upgraded shipping method for a timely delivery.

Please be aware that while I am committed to expediting the processing of your order, I cannot assume responsibility for late delivery. It's crucial to note that no refunds will be issued in the event of a delayed package. If timeliness is imperative for your upcoming event, we recommend opting for an upgraded shipping method to mitigate any potential delays. ORDERING INFO

Please add items to cart and be sure to fill out the form below with your party details.

Be sure to include as much detail as possible such as theme, colors, elements and exact wording. If you have certain colors or characters or photos, please upload it or send it via email with your order number to [email protected]

Once the design phase has started, no changes will be allowed No exception! We will design with all order details provided and will submit proof(s) for your review and approval to the email account used on the order.

Please be sure the email address being used to place your order is correct as this will be the only email we will use to communicate.

Turnaround Time, Proofs and Revisions

TURN AROUND TIME

Please keep in mind all products are hand/custom made requiring 2 weeks+ due to the volume of orders in our design queue

We do our best to accommodate every order according to the dated needed for your event.

We know how important your events are please order in advance

Once your order is shipped it can take up to 5+business days (Please review shipping below for more info)

We require your order to be placed 2 weeks BEFORE your event date. Orders needed less than the standard processing time, a rush fee will be required and will need to be added to the order. For more information about our rush fees, Please CLICK HERE

PROOF & REVISIONS

Proof(s) will be submitted for your review and approval to the email address on the order.

We require approval with thin 24 hrs from the time your proof has been emailed.

It is the customers responsibility to check their emails, review and promptly respond with an approval. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.

Please check your proof(s) carefully to ensure accuracy of the design, color and text. We cannot be held responsible for an error once proof has been approved.

Once proof(s) are approved, we will proceed with printing and no changes can be made.

If you do not respond to our proof after our 2nd to 3rd attempt, your item(s) will be placed on hold as pending approval. APPROVAL IS REQUIRED. Craftyjparty will not be liable for delays, revisions or shipping delays,

There is a maximum of 2 revisions for slight modifications such as images, font or color and image positioning, A completely new design is not considered a revision. A new design concept will be addition to the project and new design payment is required. We recommend putting as much details as possible when placing your order.

Absolutely NO refunds will be provided.

Shipping

Shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed.

Please check the shipping address before completing your order. We will ONLY ship to the address shown on the order.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address entered

All items are shipped via UPS ground or USPS priority, expeditated shipping is available, please reach out to us for a quote before placing an order.

Craftjyparty will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, weather delays ect REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED

Digital File Policy

For digital orders only, no physical items will be shipped to you. All digital files will be delivered via email ONLY to the email address associated with your order.

You are responsible for printing and assembling your item(s)

Digital files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY! cannot be resold, shared or given away.

NO COMMERCIAL USE or RESALE. By purchasing you agree to these terms

Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, Returns

Due to the custom nature of these item(s) we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns under any circumstances. If you decide to cancel, refunds are not given after 24 hours of purchase, we will provide you with a "credit:" for future events only. Credits are only valid for one year from the purchase date.
